The Epic Armoury LARP Youth Bow is a realistic bow designed to support shorter arm lengths and sizes, making it a perfect bow for kids. Made with a fiberglass core and a laminated wood surface, this 60-inch long, 24-26 lb bow is designed to withstand abuse without being too powerful to injure your friends. It's trimmed with leather for a better grip and interesting details.
This bow is a great solution for beginner archers, youth archers, touring archers, LARP archers, or medieval reenactments. This bow's classic style makes it a perfect match for a variety of genres and settings.
The draw weight of this bow is approximately 24-26 lbs (+/- 3 lbs) measured with a 28" shaft. The string is included with the bow.

Maintenance
When not in use, keep your bow unstrung to extend its lifespan. Store your bow horizontally to protect the tips. Don't leave it in the sun for long periods of time; if you do, make sure it cools before using it. Never unstring without an arrow, as the shock of the shot will be absorbed by the bow and could cause damage.
Cleaning
Use a damp cloth to wipe the dirt off the bow and then dry it. It's that simple! The only thing you might have to worry about is the string, which may look frayed or worn over time. Replace the string when this happens. The string is cheaper than replacing a broken bow with a broken string!
If you want to extend the life of your rope, you can add a little wax. The wax will protect the thread from moisture while also holding the strands together.
