This wall sconce is forged freehand from a single piece of iron, based on historical models. It can be wall-mounted using two brackets. Another mounting option is to bend the pointed ends at a right angle. They can then be nailed into the wall or a beam like nails. We recommend pre-drilling a hole for this if necessary.
