Although the King's Guard normally protected the king in the throne room and beyond, a detachment was sometimes sent to reinforce the battle line. Kurt's command was one of these detachments. He could smell the enemy from here. A sickening, rotten smell, like a deer carcass on a hot summer day, mixed with the scent of steel. He looked sternly at his men as they lined up for battle and shouted, "Prepare!" Hearing his words, the men closed ranks and raised their weapons. "Advance! For king and country!"

The Epic Armoury Imperial Long Halberd is a 220cm long halberd, like those used in the late Middle Ages. It has a spear point for engaging cavalry, an axe blade for slashing enemy soldiers and eliminating dismounted cavalry, and a spike for removing shields and disarming opponents. It is constructed with a fiberglass core, surrounded by durable closed-cell foam, topped with a strong latex layer. This ensures the safety, durability, and appearance of your weapon. The halberd comes in two parts that connect using a threaded bolt system, and you can use the upper part as a shorter weapon. If you do, be sure to cap the bolt before use.
