Indulge in Hand Forged Steel Beer Stinger with Frame.
Hand forged beer stinger with frame
With this rustic beer skewer you will delight your guests at every beer tasting.
Beer spikes, what are they?
An ancient blacksmith technique to make your beer smoother. You dip the heated tip of the stinger into the beer. Immediately co2 is released and the beer foams. Now pull the tip back a little and heat the foam. You can smell it right away. The foam on the beer caramelizes and when you drink it, it's like a warm kiss that seems to fly straight from the brewery kettles.
Malty beers, such as bock, are particularly suitable for adding. Our recommendation: ullr (winterbock), asathor (doppelbock), hymir (imperial stout), surtr (smoked porter), ratatöskr (brown ale).
Delivered without a Bunsen burner.
The tip of the beer spout is made of stainless steel for hygienic reasons, the stem and frame are forged from steel.
Forge of the North produces small series of hand-forged decorative and everyday items, designed by blacksmith, metal designer and beer sommelier Helge Pahl.
