This two-sided folding knife sharpener features two diamond-coated sharpening plates. One side has 360 grit for sharpening cutting edges, and the other has an extra-fine 600 grit for razor-sharp sharpening. The honeycomb surface sharpens knives quickly because chips don't accumulate on the whetstone. Sharpening can be done either dry or with water. The handle is slightly curved to provide a good grip when sharpening knives or tools.
