This two-sided folding knife sharpener features two diamond-coated sharpening plates. One side has a 360 grit to hone cutting edges and the other has an extra-fine 600 grit to sharpen to razor-sharp edges. The honeycomb-shaped surface allows for quick knife sharpening because chips do not collect on the whetstone. Sharpening can be done either dry or with water. The handle is slightly curved so you have a good grip when sharpening knives or tools.
