Soviet PPSh-41 Submachine Gun – The Roar of Stalingrad

85cm Historical Replica Soviet Union, World War II

As winter closed in on the Eastern Front and footsteps echoed among the ruins of Stalingrad, one silhouette became a symbol of the Soviet push: the PPSh-41 submachine gun , an automatic firearm that marked the Red Army's resistance to the Nazi machine. This impressive replica , crafted in Spain from wood and metal with great realism, faithfully recreates the legendary infantry weapon that defined urban combat in World War II .

The People's Submachine Gun

Designed by Georgi Shpagin in 1941 as a quick, effective, and cheap solution to equip the Red Army, the PPSh-41 (Pistolet-Pulemyot Shpagina) was a radical improvement over the expensive PPD-40. It operated by mass recoil and fired from an open bolt , offering a blistering rate of fire and reliability in extreme conditions. Chambered in either a drum or curved magazine, it used the powerful 7.62x25 mm Tokarev cartridge, ideal for close-quarters combat.

Producing over 6 million units during the war, the PPSh-41 not only armed Soviet soldiers in iconic battles such as Kursk and Berlin, but continued to see active service in later conflicts such as the Korean War , becoming one of the most iconic submachine guns of the 20th century.

This non-functional replica of the PPSh-41 is carefully crafted from wood and metal , measuring 85 cm in length , capturing the rugged, utilitarian character of the original. It is an ideal piece for collectors, museums, historical reenactments, or film sets , powerfully evoking the fighting spirit of the Soviet soldier.

This replica allows you to relive that history in your hands, with the symbolic weight of the millions who fought for their homeland.
