All of our LARP weapons are handcrafted and hand-painted to meet the high quality that is our Epic Armory standard. However, due to their handcrafted nature, these items may be produced with cosmetic defects. Should one of our hybrid shortswords arrive with the wrong paint color or an imperfect shape, we offer it at a reduced price rather than discarding it. We hate wasting material, and you get a great deal!

About our hybrid short swords

Epic Armoury's collection of hybrid LARP short swords includes a variety of styles. From a Japanese wakizashi to a Celtic leaf blade, we've created a wide range of blades from 50 cm to 70 cm to suit your character's fighting style.

Our hybrid LARP swords are designed and constructed to be as safe as possible. The blade is made of closed-cell foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a thick layer of latex. The tip is made with a strong Kevlar core to protect against injury. The crossguard and handle are made of polyurethane foam, poured into a mold for maximum detail, and require no maintenance. These handles are incredibly durable and comfortable to use.

When you order a pre-owned hybrid shortsword, you will receive a random hybrid shortsword with a cosmetic blemish. You cannot choose the specific style, as we cannot guarantee which one will be available. We DO guarantee that, regardless of the design, the product is safe to use, despite its cosmetic flaws.

This product is handmade and painted by hand and is therefore unique. As a result, when compared to similar items, this product may have natural deviations in pattern, color, and shape, which are not considered defects or flaws.
We produce our image material in a natural setting, where lighting and surroundings can affect colors and contrast. Therefore, the images shown may appear different from the product you receive from us.
