At the dawn of the 18th century, when the coasts were ravaged by corsairs and the seas witnessed sudden ambushes, a weapon as unusual as it was feared emerged: the four-barreled flintlock pistol , a symbol of immediate power in a world with no room for delay.

While traditional weapons were content with a single shot and a slow reload, this formidable creation incorporated four rotating barrels that offered a consecutive firing sequence , providing a crucial advantage in the midst of a fight.
