The Wacken Brewery Julbock is the perfect answer to the approaching winter and the upcoming holidays. Whether it's the solstice, Christmas, Midwinter, or hectic nights, the people of the North have always brightened up the dark season with festive moments. Of course, the perfect drink is a must.

Winter bock beer is dedicated to Ullr, the Norse god of winter and hunting. Although he is descended from a frost giant, he is one of the Aesir, the adopted son of Thor.

The beer is drinkable, malty, red in color, and strengthens and warms the torso and head. May it brighten and illuminate our dark days until the spring sun breaks the ice.
