Small mug / beer mug made of real horn - not food safe



This mug is handmade from polished cattle horn. It is not only ideal for reenactment purposes, but is also very decorative in the modern home and can be a great gift idea. Thanks to its rustic look, the drinking vessel makes any medieval ambience look even more authentic and is an eye-catcher on any dining table.



The inside of the mug is not food-safely sealed. To fully enjoy your favorite beer (or honey wine/mead), you may consider painting or sealing the inside. Using melted beeswax, for example, is a traditional sealing method.



Horn glasses are not dishwasher safe and should be thoroughly cleaned with warm water and a soft cloth before first (and after every) use. To protect the material from damage, harsh cleaning agents should be avoided at all costs.
