Get Francisca Throwing Axe, Condor
Francisca throwing axe, condor
The Franziska, named for its Franconian origins, was used by the Franks as a throwing and close-quarters weapon. The elegant shape of this axe is legendary, and its raised top point and downward-curving edge were equally capable of penetrating mail armor. Like the originals, the shaft is also slightly curved backward to increase the chance of the axe jamming when thrown.
